Constitution
Every employee is an important member of the Conestoga Team, and employee ownership of the company is encouraged and valued. When the Conestoga team has done their job well we have more customers with deeper relationships who feel as though Conestoga has added value to their lives.
The Conestoga Bank Constitution is the foundation upon which our company is based. It details the basic values used to conduct our business.
1. Enhancing shareholder value is the top priority of every team member. We do this by selling valued products and services to our customers. We strive to exceed our customers’ expectations at all times. Cost-effective, ongoing achievement of total customer satisfaction is the foundation of our business.
2. We recognize our community responsibilities and give of our time and resources to improve the communities we serve, as individuals and as a company. We are committed to knowing and caring about the people, businesses, institutions and other organizations that we serve and with whom we live, and to maintaining healthy and satisfying personal lives.
3. We hold ourselves to high ethical standards, and always strive to do what is right, even if it is not the easiest or most profitable course of action.
